4th of July Weekend!

WARNING: Very long post with lots and lots of pictures!!! :)


Our 4th of July weekend was so much fun! Peyton had the cutest little 4th outfit so I had her wear it Saturday and then we washed it and she wore it again Sunday :) She looked so adorable! Saturday night Tammy and Jessica came over for pizza and to watch the UFC Lesnar vs Carwin fight.. Lesnar won and that was very upsetting to Ryan. He was pretty bummed the rest of the night.

Peyton started out the day a little grumpy..

and she threw a couple of fits..

then Daddy bought her a bug juice, and she ran some errands with Mommy and Daddy and she was a happy girl!

She always wants to cuddle with Daddy when she first wakes up from her naps.

Just like her Daddy.. it is so hard to take a picture with this girl!

I LOVE THEM!

Peyton always wants me to put makeup on her. I put lip gloss on her sometimes and she loves it!

We had Papa Murphy's pizza and lots of other yummy food! Ryan made non-alcoholic strawberry daiquiris! They were delicious!

On Sunday we had a BBQ at Tammy's house! We had burgers, hot dogs and chicken, lots of yummy salads and desserts and home made ice cream!

I love my baby!

This was Peyton's first time doing a sparkler. It went okay until she tried to grab the end from Ryan after it was out and of course I screamed and so between getting a little burn and me screaming it was a traumatizing experience for her.

We were lucky enough to have Jonny join in on our 4th of July festivities!

When we were eating Ryan when and got a crackling ball firework, lit it and through it under my chair. Jonny gave us a very clam "heads up" that was clearly not enough warning! Jessica and I both screamed and ran and it really upset Peyton. She was very mad at Daddy and she had to cuddle with Mommy for a while.

Poor Ryan just wanted someone to sword fight him, since Carson was out of town, Jess had to step in!

 

She did have some pretty sweet moves!

Then Peyton took over!

 

And I think it is safe to say she won!

Peyton very much enjoyed it!

Peyton had so much fun sitting in her baby chair, eating ice cream and watching the big fireworks in the sky!

However Peyton was not very happy with our own little firework show!

Finally by the end of the night we got her to hold one, but she wasn't very happy about it!
